Each will offer different amounts of Supplies, Goods, Forge Points, and Military Units! Please keep in mind, that there will only be 4 of these Incidents per day.įor those players that do not encounter Ads, the incident will appear as a purple chest, and is collectible with a simple tap! In terms of rewards, there will be common, uncommon, and rare chests. To claim rewards, you can tap on a new type of incident, which will play a short clip, and provide a reward at the end.Įasily spotted as a purple chest, with a play icon, you can decide whether you want to pick up the incident. With all that being said, Video Ads will be implemented in four different ways: This also applies to Browser based players, who will not encounter any Ads, but will also have the same access to features, and the same opportunities to earn rewards. Meaning, that both sets of players will have the same opportunities to win rewards, and use the new features. While there is a difference between players that will see Ads and those that will not, ultimately, there will be no differences in terms of the available features and rewards. Indeed, players that have purchased regular in-game items since establishing their account, will not encounter Ads. The other important point to note is that not all players will experience Ads. That means that Video Ads can be freely used, or ignored, at the player's leisure. Tapping on these options will provide players with ways to win extra rewards and to use supplementary features. Rather, they will be clearly marked and are completely optional. However, what is important to note, is that these have been designed to not disrupt the player, or impede the core experience. These will be short clips, that the player can tap on to receive a reward, or use a new feature (like our new aid-all button). From the 29th of June onwards, the Mobile version of Forge of Empires will now include Video Ads.
